It is grand to be contacted for interviews, always lovely to be invited to talk more about my writing and the creative process.
Interviews are as revealing to the writer as much as to anyone else, especially when the question makes the writer think in a new way about something they have done. It is never a static thing, this act of writing. I never know for sure how the story will unfold, once I begin. I have to stop and wonder sometimes what led me in one direction over another, and why some characters seem to come to life on their own!
This interview with author Pam Lecky in Ireland was a delight–Pam asked questions not always asked–probably the most natural interview I’ve given, as a consequence. Having enjoyed her interviews of other authors on her website, I am glad to be counted among them! The image is from Hidden In Stone, Book 1 of the Ria Quinn Mystery series, with Ria’s golden retriever Hailey on the cover. Book 2 is also out now: Messenger Out of Time, and Book 3, The Singing Stones, will be out in September 2020.

Being on the Cozy Sleuth Podcast with LeAnna Shields was a lot of fun for me, too. You can listen to the interview HERE. (Use headphones for the best listening experience.)
Theodocia McLean, owner of the Book Marketing Global Network, gave me a 5-star review that is so inspiring! Theodocia has a compelling style. You can read it HERE:
A few months ago Book Reader Magazine interviewed me and I didn’t expect to be featured on their site, but I was, which was so fine. There was room to explore much in detail, and to show how this journey in writing has brought me so much joy. You can read it HERE:
